Inside Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel's Italian Wedding

In October 2012, the King of Pop and Jessica Biel got hitched at sprawling 5-star resort Borgo Egnazia – Apulia – surrounded by olive trees, jasmines and citrus groves; the couple revealed that they picked this corner of Italy because they wanted to share their passion for food with families and friends and at the same time visit some natural beauties.

She branched out into modeling around the age of 12 and obtained the breakthrough role of Mary Camden – the oldest daughter on the family drama 7th Heaven - at only 14; in 1999 People magazine named her as one of its “50 Most Beautiful People” but at the time Justin Timberlake was engaged to fellow former The New Mickey Mouse Club cast member and singer Britney Spears and history tells us that he had to cry (her) a river before meeting the woman he'd marry in Italy on October, 19th 2012... Did you know? The King of Pop and Jessica Biel first met at a party held after a Golden Globes award ceremony in January 2007, the following year they were very much a couple (also working together to endorse Barack Obama's presidential election campaign) and finally, just before Christmas 2011, as they were spending some time in Jackson, Wyoming, Timberlake proposed to her and very shortly after started planning their dream nuptials in Apulia, Southern Italy.

The two lovebirds told the press they picked this corner of Italy 'cause wanted to share their passion for food, nature and the sun with families and friends and at the same time visit some natural beauties such as Lama del Trappeto, a complex of caves very well known for the Pezze di Greco living nativity. Timberlake and Biel kept mum about the whole thing until the last minute, also keeping the location a total secret; however, it was reported that prior to the ceremony they hosted a beach party, where guests dined on fresh cheese, Italian wine and local olives in front of magical bonfires.

The big day took place at sprawling 5-star resort Borgo Egnazia, surrounded by olive trees, jasmines and citrus groves; Jessica told she got butterflies right in her stomach as her father started to walk her down the aisle and Justin revealed she was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen. The bride looked effectively stunning in her custom, light pink Giambattista Valli strapless dress and things turned even more emotional when the groom serenaded her with a brand-new song, he wrote and performed just for the occasion. During a candlelit ceremony that was officiated by a close friend, the couple expressed its love and devotion and sealed the deal with classic gold bands.

The newlyweds both said that the moment after exchanging vows was one of the most unforgettable of the day: “to hear all of our family and friends cheering at extremely loud, inappropriate decibel levels, that became the pinnacle of the ceremony.” … “It felt perfect. It felt like everything came together.”

There's not a single doubt in our minds ;-)
